• Modern website design - We've refreshed the overall look and feel of the site, giving it a sleek, contemporary design.
• Enhanced navigation & global search - Finding what you need has never been easier! We've made improvements, including:
  • Recent calculations tab - Your recent calculations are now saved for easy access.
  • Most viewed & trending tools - See what tools are popular with other users.
  • Submit your own articles - You can now submit articles for review and approval by our admin team.
  • Recent searches tab - Your search history is now saved, making it simple to revisit past queries.
• Bug fixes & usability enhancements - We've resolved numerous minor issues, leading to smoother interactions with our tools and forms.
• More accurate calculations - We've improved the algorithms behind some of our calculators, enhancing the precision of the results you receive.
• Complete technical stack overhaul - We've upgraded our frontend infrastructure, moving away from outdated packages and Redux-based state management to adopt more efficient, lightweight solutions. Key benefits include:
  • Shared algorithms - This allows us to more easily create new tools by leveraging existing algorithms.
  • Better code maintenance - Our team can now focus on delivering an improved user experience and developing new tools faster.
• Monetization - We've had to monetize the website to help support running costs, however, we're doing this as sparingly as possible so we don't ruin your experience.

What's Coming Next: Our Roadmap

• User accounts - Soon, you'll be able to sign up (for free!) and save your calculations, while also gaining access to a personalized feed of articles and financial information tailored to you.
• Improved calculator layouts - We're redesigning the calculator interfaces to group fields more logically and include helpful descriptions that make financial terms easier to understand.
• Advanced reporting - Get more detailed reports on your results, with additional insights and breakdowns.
• More informative pages - We'll be adding more resources that explain how our tools calculate your results, giving you deeper insight into the process.
• Expanded calculator features - We're adding more options to our calculators to better reflect your personal circumstances, ensuring more accurate estimates and results.
• New tools - Be on the lookout for exciting new additions, including a Salary Comparison Tool and a Mortgage Overpayments Tool.
• Revamped universal credit tool - We're planning to enhance the user experience for our Universal Credit Payments Tool, making it more intuitive and informative.
